Hallo Grünstadt!
Ich bin die Deutschlehrerin in Wales, die schon seit Jahren mit Frau Schleifer und Frau Näser einen Wales - Deutschland Austausch organisiert hat. Jetzt bin ich in einer ganz neuen Schule in Cardiff, der Hauptstadt von Wales, und wir freuen uns sehr auf den ersten Austausch hier in unserer Schule. Wir haben eine Woche voller interessanter und spannender Aktivitäten für euch organisiert und hoffentlich wird es richtig Spaß machen. Ihr müsst nur tolles Wetter mitbringen! Unsere Schüler haben schon Kontakt mit vielen von euch gehabt, und alle freuen sich auf den 14. September, wenn sie endlich ihre neuen Partner treffen.
We are really looking forward to welcoming you to Bro Edern, our brand new school in Wales. The pupils are very excited about meeting their German partners for the first time and cannot wait until the 14th of September. We have a great week of activities planned for you including a visit to our national stadium, a bowling night and a disco! Next week Angela Merkel is in Cardiff, but we are all waiting in anticipation for your visit a week later, so that we can say "Croeso" (welcome in Welsh). Please remember to bring some photos with you to show our pupils and their families - you and your family, your house and the Grünstadt area. This will be a great way to introduce yourself and your family properly to your host families here in Wales.
